I hope you had a wonderful Easter weekend! Ours was lovely. Rachel came home for the weekend, and we all went to church.

I spent the night with my parents, then went racing to the barn to help Rachel find something to wear since the temperatures had dropped and her original dress wouldn't work. All of that information was to tell you why my hair looks bad. LOL. I didn't have time to fix it!

It's such a blessing to be able to attend church with my parents and my brother's family. I spend most Saturday nights with them, and we sit right behind my brother/builder and his crew. I don't take it for granted!

Afterwards, we went to the local park to watch the young ones hunt for eggs, and I played pickleball. Nothing says “Happy Easter” like slamming a ball at your worship leader! (In case you're wondering why I don't do Sunday Posts like Tania. 😊)

Today's post is inspired by my own struggle. Anyone else stare in the mirror and wonder, “What am I doing wrong?” Turns out, a lot of us are making the same mistakes, but there's hope!

Fun Finds

These pants receive high praise as a close cousin to a much pricier brand. They come in lots of colors. 🙂

I sent Tania our picture, and she said, “OH, I've got that same dress!” Uh, it's yours. Don't sisters know that what is theirs is also ours?? Anyway, I wore OUR Easter dress, and I got SO many compliments on it. It was very comfortable, too.

Red, White and Cute All Over

Did you know that Martha Stewart has a new skincare line? She founded ELM with Dr. Dhaval Bhanusali, a dermatologist. I'm guessing Martha has the BEST of everything, including doctors. I got the Serum, which is supposed to help with rebuilding collogen, the supplements for stress, inflamation, etc. and the ELM A30 Elemental night cream. The packaging is gorgeous. Good job, Martha!

I just happened upon these, and they are so chic! I love black but they come in lots of colors, even a gorgeous champagne.

I love this gorgeous jumpsuit! The black is nice, too, but this pattern is so unique.

I've been seeing these Ripley Ryder pants everywhere, and I have to admit that they look amazing. I like that they have all sizes, and petite as well.

Navy, lightweight and on sale? Yes, please!

I can't wait to buy things for my kitchen. I love these blue glasses. And this serving dish!

Our new house has a coffee bar and I'm exploring expresso machines. I have friends who swear by theirs. This looks a little complicated, but making coffee is JD's job.

My friends with the fancy toilet? They have one of these and OH, MY! The pizza making is non-stop, and they are delish! Adding that to my Wi$h List for the new house.

This is a gorgeous statement necklace! And so is this one! So pretty.

My Style – White House Black Market

I've always loved WH/BM despite the story I'm about to tell. I went shopping with a friend who is thin and looks like a million dollars. We went into WH/BM, and they were falling all over themselves to help her, and pretty much ignoring me. My friend was getting aggravated because they wouldn't bring me things into the dressing room and were treating me like a poor relation. When we got ready to pay, I showed them! My credit card was declined. 🤣 It was a “has your card been stolen” thing and I got it to run again, but still.

Anyway – this dress is lovely, the top is flat out gorgeous, love the hem on these jeans, and this necklace is perfection.
