I swear I blinked, and Wednesday came out of nowhere. I can't believe we're practically to the weekend. Time moves fast everywhere except at my new house, lol. It turns out that I'm not the only person in Tennessee building a home. The good news is that my roof is almost done!

We've also settled on the siding color. This is a BIG deal. My brother/builder might be a tiny bit frustrated with my indecision, but whenever I start to feel guilty, I remember what a pain he was growing up. And also, last week.
Anyone else out there building or remodelling? We're getting quotes on cabinets, and I'm wondering – does anyone actually need a kitchen? Pretty sure they're overrated.
You know what's NOT overrated? Mahjong. It's taking over! If you've not considered it, then consider this: Frequent players showed a 37% lower risk of developing dementia compared to non-players. Wow!

I love to play solitaire Mahjong, so much so that I added it to our site! You can try it out here: Mahjong Game
Today's post is in response to my never-ending issue – despite all of the recent buying, I don't have anything to wear, lol. If I had a few basics, getting dressed would be so much easier!

And if you haven't tried the Glow-Up Analyzer For Women Over 60 tool, give it a try. It's fun and very positive.

Fun Finds
I got this Relief Bra from EBY last week, and it has become my FAVE. I took it to Nashville and did not want to take it off. I've said it before, but I've got what my husband calls a “crowd in the balcony”, so finding great support that doesn't involve wires is difficult. The bra was VERY comfy. AND..I got these seamless panties, too. LOVE. Cheaper when you buy the set.
Did I make an ad for EBY out of my bra's trip to Nashville?  Of COURSE, I did. 🤣 This is what I do when I should be cleaning my house, lol.
Of our three dogs, Maz is the most chill-laid-back one. She's also the oldest and prone to skin issues. I told JD we should try these because they come highly rated. (496 5 star reviews!) He poured it on her food, (AND also Hickory and Traveler's because he likes to be fair, lol.) They all three GULPED it down like it was the best thing ever. So excited that she'll find relief.

Primary POP
Spring is when even I am excited to wear color! The red top would look great with white jeans, or under a work blazer. Love the lace detail in the green, but I'm adding a front tuck. This navy top would be great for an elevated affair where showing my upper arms is not my favorite, and this soft yellow tunic looks feminine and appropriate for just about any activity.

Pixi is my new go-to for inexpensive products. I just got this Gradual Glow Self-Tanner in and I was smart about it. I got two – a regular sized for me and a travel size for my daughter to take with her. Resistance is futile. I like that it not only doesn't stink, it actually smells good!
Speaking of Spring! How pretty is this shirt?! This says, “Seasonal depression is a thing of the past!”.

I'm almost always a dark wash girl but these look so fresh for spring! I love them with this shirt.
Another lovely spring item. These look like happiness in denim.
I still see these everywhere, and I'm going to wear them as long as I can! Under $30 dollars.
We walked around my house today and I realized that since there's a wrap-around porch, I'm going to need narrow planters instead of round pots. They're hard to find! I like the size of
this one and it seems pretty sturdy.

My Style – Weekend Errands
I'm firmly in my errand era. To go anywhere, it's a good 45-minute drive. I'm talking post office, grocery store, pickleball. If I head out for one thing, I try to do as many as I can!
I want to be comfortable AND put together. It's been a long time since I've seen these people and I don't want them saying, “Wow. I saw that Lisa is back in town and she has let herself GO.” These jeans are cool and modern, the top is casual but polished, love the cute sandals, and everyone needs a big tote bag!

Here are two reasons:
  1. I often see Flash Sales, and it's an easy way for me to let you know about the savings.
  2. Brands love to see followers and engagement. When they do, they offer special codes to share with my readers. I'd love to get these to share with you!
