I hope your weekend went well. JD and I are just out here living the dream. I don't want to brag, but we spent our Sunday at The Putnam County Pickle Festival.

It was kind of a big dill. Sorry, I couldn't help myself. 😂

We ate dill pickles, pickle dip, pickle chicken salad, and test tasted approximately 212 different bread and butter pickles. We almost ate a pickle quesadilla but the line was too long. Yes, really.

Other than that, things were unexciting. The dogs now walk with their GPS collars so JD knows right where to chase them when they don't come home. Sure, by the time he gets there, they've moved to a new spot, but at least he knows where they were.

And Joey continues to be a source of entertainment. The “look how weird I am” kind, not the “I just came from behind to win the Kentucky Derby” kind, sadly.

I hope today is the beginning of a great week for all of us. Thank you for being here. I “relish” it more than you know. 😂

A friend gave me this as a gift, and I have to say I really like it. Yes, I drank too much and bounced off the walls till 2 AM, but that was more user error than an issue with the machine.

I want to do a large couch and chairs on our porch, but we will also have a deck outside our bedroom. It's not deep, but I think this set will fit nicely. It's a great price! I may go navy, but the tan is really pretty, too!

Red, White, and You're Invited Too!

Memorial Day is just around the corner, followed soon by the 4th of July! I want to do a cookout at the barn. 🎆 I am not sure which combo I'd go with but I love it all.

The tablecloth (comes in other colors) but the blue and white is classic.

White dishes are subtle, but the red really pop! (Also available in blue.)

And I love the deep blue glasses. Gorgeous!

It's the 250th, so if there was a time to go all IN for the red/white/blue theme – this is it! Oh, and I like these red glasses, too.

I always forget to take my collagen, but I NEVER forget my creamer. This is delicious with just the right amount of vanilla.

Did you know that I wrote a book? Just kidding, I wrote TWO. And I'm in the middle of a third, so crazy doesn't even begin to describe my life. 🙂 Just thought I'd share for those of you who are new to the blog. Pretty much everybody, lol.

Who knew there were Monopause O-Wards? I should have a front row seat! This turmeric supplement is supposed to support bone and joint health. My hands ache a lot, so here's hoping Oprah is right!

I saw an advertisement for this Spanx dress. I am on their site all of the time and didn't even know they sold dresses. Love this color, but also available in navy, black, and red.
