I’m writing this while curled up with three dogs, waiting on JD to walk in the door and take over pet duty. 😂 I've been watching the Life360 app non-stop. Why is he only going 70? You're allowed to go ten over the speed limit, you know!

I heard from quite a few of you about my friend, Tami. Y’all were very clear… DO NOT listen to her, and please keep sharing stories about my crazy animals. Don’t worry! I’ve had plenty of practice not listening to Tami. We’ve been friends since 7th grade, but I officially stopped taking her advice my senior year. She told me to wear a mini skirt on the first day of school… and since I didn't have one, she loaned me hers. That’s exactly how I ended up getting SENT HOME for being “inappropriate.”

The whole thing worked out just fine. The injustice of it all inspired Tami to become a lawyer, and it sparked a lifelong love of miniskirts for me. So really…we both won. 😄

Speaking of the dogs, they threw me a Welcome Home party. They ate my ULTA magazine and used it to spread confetti from one end of the barn to the other.

And just as I finished cleaning, Hickory threw up on the couch. Where do I send THEM for being inappropriate?! Home Sweet Home, sigh.

I can't believe the week is halfway over. I know you're all very busy, so thank you for spending time with me today. I hope the rest of your week is full of joy!
