Good Morning,
I hope your weekend was fun! I spent most of it at the barn. It was very exciting because not only did our cabinet person come to measure the kitchen, but the guy who's doing our metal siding also came to measure the house. Actually, he came twice because our house is “complicated.”  You'd think no one ever built a T-shaped house with tons of windows and a glass gable with three pieces over a sliding glass door. 
 
Other than that, I basically just watched the animals do their thing. And by their “thing”, I mean “act insane.”
These photos are a great glimpse into their personalities.
Hickory is thinking, “What do I chase in the woods next?”
Traveller is wondering how soon he can roll around in the red mud, and Maz just wants to go somewhere quiet because the world is scary. 
And Joey?

Use the "Paper-Drop Test" to Keep Your Posture Tall
The Shoulder-Blade Pinch: Sometime today while sitting or standing, imagine there is a piece of paper placed vertically right between your shoulder blades. Gently draw your shoulders back and down, pinching the blades together as if you are trying to hold that paper in place. Maintain a light, easy hold for 10 seconds, release, and repeat three times.
Why it works: It is incredibly natural to let our shoulders round forward as the day goes on, which compresses the rib cage and forces the neck to strain forward. This gentle pinch instantly activates the rhomboids—the crucial muscles in the upper back responsible for keeping you upright. Activating them opens up your chest, takes the pressure off your neck, and makes sitting or standing tall feel completely natural and comfortable.
